• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same number used for the deposit — this rule is non-negotiable and exists for your security.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the turnover requirement has been met.
• Multiple withdrawal requests may be made in a single day, provided the total daily limit is not exceeded.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — review all details carefully before placing your bet.
• In-play or live betting odds change rapidly — due to slight delays, the odds you see may differ from those at the time your bet is placed.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with bgdwin's policy — typically, the original stake is refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bgdwin reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, the remaining legs will be recalculated with new odds.
• Winnings are automatically credited to your wallet — no separate claim is required.

If bgdwin detects suspicious betting patterns — such as arbitrage or bonus abuse — winnings may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.

Bgdwin is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance.

• Multiple accounts belonging to the same person — sharing the same name, phone number, device, or IP address.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.

• Attempting to launder money or process funds from illegal sources through bgdwin.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through collusive arrangements with other members.
• Any attempt to attack or gain unauthorized access to bgdwin's systems, servers, or network.
• Using or distributing bgdwin's intellectual property or content without permission.
